| Job Summary | The Dean's Office in the University of Kentucky's Gatton College of Business & Economics in Lexington, KY seeks to hire a full-time Lecturer beginning September 1, 2026. The selected candidate will be appointed to a twelve-month, non-tenure-eligible faculty position for an initial two-year period that has the potential for renewal and for promotion to Senior Lecturer after five years. The ideal candidate will have a master's or terminal degree in business, higher education, communication, or a related field, along with relevant teaching and professional experience. This role will support Gatton's undergraduate teaching needs while providing leadership for the experiential-learning curriculum. The successful candidate will teach and coordinate courses that support students' professional development, internships, and other experiential-learning opportunities, while collaborating with faculty, staff, employers, and college leadership to ensure curriculum remains relevant, consistent, and responsive to evolving workplace expectations. The anticipated initial Distribution of Effort will be 60% teaching, 30% administration, and 10% service.
