Description
Cape Radiology Group (“CRG”) is a 45+ physician sub-specialized group staffing multiple hospitals and imaging centers throughout Southeastern Missouri, Southern Illinois, and Western Kentucky. CRG has a stable pool of dedicated overnight radiologists who work as a team. We are experiencing growth and the departure of one team member, thus searching for one emergency comfortable night teleradiologist to supplement our onsite staffing and complete the night pool.
About the Position:
- The position will encompass the full range of night-shift diagnostic teleradiology.
CRG has advanced technology, including a single system wide Merge PACS, which easily exports into the teleradiology space as well as Rad AI Reporting for dictation and 24/7 IT support.
CRG will supply the teleradiology workstation, dictation system, and connectivity.
This full-time position can be shareholder tract, employed, or 1099.
Flexible schedule arrangements including options for 7 on 7 off and 7 on 14 off.

- CRG is a traditional private practice that is committed to remain independent and has no interest in selling to a corporate entity.

- The practice is growing, requiring the addition of new radiologists. The overnight pool has been stable but needs to add one more provider to be fully staffed.
Teleradiology Night Shift and Compensation:
Schedule:
- 7 on – 7 off or 7 on 14 off
Hours:
- 10 pm - 7 am CST or 5 pm – 2 am
- Compensation is derived from the group’s shareholder compensation model, which is a percentage of relative value shifts worked and a percentage of productivity as well as a quality incentive.
- Average expected productivity is 15,000 wRVUs annually or approximately 83 wRVU’s per overnight shift (7 on 7 off).
