1099 Class B Professional Driver – Business Partnership Opportunity I am a private fleet owner looking for an experienced, dependable, and professional Class B CDL driver to become a long-term business partner. This is an opportunity for a motivated driver who takes pride in her work, operates equipment responsibly, and wants the opportunity to earn based on the loads she handles. Compensation & Responsibilities: - 60% of each load goes directly to the driver - 40% retained by the fleet owner - Driver is responsible for fuel - Fleet owner pays tolls - 1099 independent contractor position - Driver operates well-maintained, professional equipment - Loads and routes are provided through an established private operation - Looking for someone interested in a long-term professional relationship, not simply a temporary driving job What I'm Looking For: I am particularly interested in a professional female driver who is dependable, safety-conscious, courteous, and takes pride in representing herself and the business professionally. The right person will treat the equipment as her own, communicate well, show up when committed, and understand that building a successful transportation operation requires trust and professionalism on both sides.
