| Job Summary | UK Healthcare is seeking a Service Line Manager to supervise and lead perioperative operations at Good Samaritan hospital and assume responsibility for overall assessment, planning and implementation, and evaluation of patient care throughout the service. This individual will carry out the Hospital and Nursing Service mission, vision, values and the overall strategic planning, clinical management, patient care, financial management and quality management of perioperative services. This role is responsible for promoting the hospital standards and creating a patient focused caring environment while addressing and meeting the individual needs of the patient. In addition, the role will foster an environment of collaboration and respect with physicians, and all OR staff members. |
