Description

The Tucker Law Firm is looking for a Washington State Licensed Attorney for an “OF COUNSEL” position with our firm. The “OF COUNSEL” attorney MUST have the following 4 criteria in order to qualify for any consideration: 1) be licensed to practice in WA State, 2) have a minimum of 5 years of medical negligence experience, 3) have tried a medical negligence case to verdict as 2nd chair or lead attorney, and be willing to apply for reciprocity in the State of Kentucky. The “OF COUNSEL” opportunity is NOT an associate position with the firm and the candidate will likely have an existing book of business. This is an opportunity to work together on both our collective cases professionally, but remain independent as an “OF COUNSEL” attorney.
