Description

Direct patient care for infusion and injection services.

EMR Documentation.

Assists with patient/family teaching and planning.

Prepare and clean equipment for medical treatments.

Clerical roles included

Monitoring, cleaning, stocking exam rooms

Maintain safe and therapeutic patient care environment.

As expected with all healthcare positions, must adhere to HIPAA/OSHA/BLOODBORNE PATHOGEN regulations and maintain associated workplace trainings.

Other duties as necessary/assigned within scope of practice.

Education

Required

Associates or better in Nursing.

Preferred

Bachelors or better.

Experience

Required

Must be a graduate of accredited Registered Nurse program (BSN or ADN)

Must hold active/current Kentucky license.

Must have minimum two years work experience within the field of Nursing/patient care.

Excellent I.V. skills.

Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments.

Excellent interpersonal abilities with high focus on quality patient care and customer service.

Proficient computer skills (familiar with EMR highly preferred).
