Although our firm is located in downtown Austin, this position is fully remote within Texas, allowing attorneys to avoid the significant time and expense associated with daily commuting. Working remotely often translates into meaningful cost savings related to fuel, parking, vehicle wear and tear, and other commuting expenses, while also providing greater flexibility and work-life balance.
In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, mental health days, and reimbursement for CLEs and State Bar dues.
Because our firm is structured as a boutique litigation practice, attorneys have meaningful opportunities to develop their own client relationships, expand their litigation experience, and grow professionally within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
Requirements
-Licensed Texas attorney in good standing

While prior administrative law or regulatory experience is helpful, it is not required. Attorneys with litigation backgrounds in healthcare defense, employment law, government practice, insurance defense, or other litigation-focused practices often transition successfully into our work.

We are looking for attorneys who are thoughtful, motivated, and interested in developing strong litigation and client advocacy skills in a practice that directly impacts our clients’ professional careers.
