We invite BC/BE Primary Care Physicians to join us as we honor seniors with VIP care that delivers better health outcomes. Our PCPs see about 80% fewer patients than the typical, fee-for-service physician giving them the ability to restore the doctor-patient relationship.

Our team needs mission-driven PCPs who want to practice the way they imagined. We have immediate opportunities in 15 states and plans to open others later this year!

Compensation and Benefits:

• Guaranteed competitive base salary with shared-success bonus plan (no RVUs)
• Commencement bonus and variable quality incentives

Practice Details:

• Patient panel cap of 450
• No nights/weekends: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm, admin time is factored into each provider’s schedule
• Accelerated path to leadership and zero buy-in partnership
• Dedicated in-house staff, including Nursing services, Case Managers, Social Workers, and Consultants
