Purpose:
Provide financial coaching services, assess housing affordability, and connect families to community resources. Facilitate Financial Education, Homeownership workshops, and one-on-one sessions to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to remove financial barriers and meet their housing and financial goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist individuals and families in gaining financial independence through education, coaching, and connection to resources.
Conduct community and customer outreach
Coaching and service planning with an emphasis on financial coaching, housing counseling, asset building, and home ownership
Meet program reporting requirements
Requirements:
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Completion of HUD Certification within 90 days
Knowledge of community resources
Proficient in database applications and Microsoft programs
Experience in customer service or finance/banking
Occasional evening and weekend hours

This is an Exempt position with a salary range of $39,000 - $41,000.
