AGENCY has a record of providing excellent direct mail, design, and targeting service to our clients and we’re seeking an experienced Account Executive. 

Account Executives are responsible for ensuring the creative, production, and design processes are completed, ensuring accurate budgets and deadlines, assisting account leads on client accounts, and guaranteeing quality control and administrative best practices are upheld.

You are the ideal candidate for this position if you have at least 2-3 years of relevant political experience, a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with teammates based locally and around the country, and a commitment to delivering excellence. This is a role for you if you’re extremely detail-oriented, very well-organized, and self-motivated.

This role is remote, and candidates must be based in the US. 

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Ability to ensure creative, production, and design processes are completed, working with Senior Account Executives and Client Leads to ensure client service expectations are exceeded. 

• Demonstrated success managing project timelines and ensuring deadlines are the highest priority. 

• Provide administrative quality control by ensuring adherence to process and keen attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, including direct conversations, written communication like Gchat and email, and conflict resolution

• Demonstrated ability to learn and use project management software

• Ability to complete assigned work between 9am-6pm central time, Monday through Friday

Position Details

This is a temporary, full time role through November 2026. Similar to our campaign clients, our staff are expected to put in long and irregular hours as needed. With that in mind, AGENCY actively strives to create an environment that empowers our staff to lead a balanced and healthy work-life through flex hours, remote work, and programs for mental and physical wellness.

Compensation: $5,525 monthly, based on experience. End-of-cycle bonuses are also awarded, based on individual and firm performance. To help ensure equity is centered in our recruitment and hiring process, we do not negotiate starting salaries.
