Kyle & Kyle Law, a client-focused Florida-based law firm, is seeking a Mortgage Foreclosure Defense Attorney to join our growing team. This fully remote role offers a unique opportunity for newer attorneys to build experience and for experienced attorneys to expand into multiple practice areas, including foreclosure surplus funds, probate, and collection cases.

What You Will Do
Manage residential mortgage foreclosure cases from start to finish, including drafting answers, affirmative defenses, motions, discovery, and proposed orders
First-chair hearings and nonjury trials, with opportunities to take and defend depositions
Handle collection cases, foreclosure surplus funds cases, and probate matters as assigned
Conduct client consultations and maintain ongoing client communication
Track case activity and time in MyCase; maintain calendars and meet court deadlines
Perform legal research and assist with appellate matters as needed
Who We’re Looking For
Active Florida Bar license (required)
Minimum 1 year of Florida mortgage foreclosure experience preferred, but newly licensed attorneys encouraged to apply
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach
Willingness to travel occasionally within Florida (up to 10%)
Compensation & Benefits
$75,000 – $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience
Bonus opportunities based on performance and firm growth
