Therapy Connect Values
Our values are below - we’re guessing as an allied health professional yours will likely be similar. We also value the fact that we each have lives outside of our work and both are important.
Champion equity: Access to healthcare is a human right. So, we lead by example to ensure people with disabilities receive exceptional care. Striving for clinical excellence, changing the game, educating...and never giving up.
Develop connection: Connection doesn’t just happen. We must always be planting the seeds for vibrant relationships with our teammates and clients. We do that by looking for opportunities to share and by giving the best of ourselves.
Make an impact: We’re here to make an impact for an underserved community. So, we put our expertise to use, deliver on our promises, and hold ourselves accountable—both for our performance and the progress our clients make along the way.
We value diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, and believe that this is also important for our clients. We are actively seeking to increase diversity at Therapy Connect and encourage expressions of interest from people living with disability/ies; people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, the LGBTQI+ community, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
